Today at the E3 Nintendo revealed great things about its new console, the Wii. They backed up their statements using a live demo of 3 Nintendo execs and 1 lucky contest winner to play a round of 4 player tennis, swinging their Wii controllers like tennis rackets. It looked really fun! I am really excited for some of the new games they accounced – new mario, metroid, ‘excitetruck’, and of course the new Zelda. They also will have a ‘virtual console’ service that will allow you to play many of the popular Nintendo games of that past. Cool stuff!

I’m watching the Nintendo Press Conference now. I like the little speaker in the controller. That’ll be wild. Can’t wait to play Red Steel, Metroid 3, or Zelda. Looks crazy.

It took me my entire life to find either you or Sarah online. I tried myspace first, but that was completely fruitless. Then I googled. Googling always works. I don’t know why I didn’t try it first…
I want to say thank you for being kind tonight. It was really great having friendly faces at group. For me, this is the scariest kind of social situation–a group of complete strangers that is too small to hide from and disconnect with. I used to be good at stuff like this before, I used to enjoy being the center of attention, but, I guess, I grew out of it. I probably would have had a conniption without you two there. I’m glad I have friends here. Made me feel nice inside (but not in any weird way you should be worried about. Tell Sarah thank you also.

Mine is boring, but you can check it out if you want. I like writing, so every once in awhile it can be mildly insightful. I try not to make a habit of it, though.

Dude, there’s a trailer for Super Smash Bros. Brawl out, now. It looks nice. It’s got Pit from Kid Icarus, Meta Knight from Kirby, Samus with out her suit, Wario, and what has to be the weirdest of them all, Solid Snake from Metal Gear Solid.
