It’s not that Windows wants to be a Mac, steady, unchanging and unadventurous. It’s more like Windows has a free and adventurous spirit which can’t be tamed and always ready to give you a delicious surprise! Mac would have never come up wiht such a brilliant idea as hiding the start bar and putting the menu on goofie parts of the screen.
